At Retroid Pocket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handheld gaming experience. If your device is defective or does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, SD cards, and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Ship the Device

  Send your item to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
